Daily Journal Prompts - 29 May 2025
It’s the fourth time in the past year that I’ve either fallen sick or been injured, which is unusual for me.
I used to pride myself on rarely getting sick, but lately, my body’s been telling a different story.
Every time I’m unwell, I find myself turning inward.
I journal more. I slow down. And I let my hands guide my thoughts onto the page.
Today’s prompts may feel scattered — but they’re not.
They’re the exact ones I’ve turned to during these quiet, sick-day reflections.
Random at first glance. Deeply connected underneath.
Enjoy the set! And remember to just attempt one at a time for highest clarity.
This Week’s Prompts (Thursday - Sunday)
1 - When I imagine my ideal daily routine, what’s missing from the one I live now?
2 - Am I doing work that aligns with my values or just what feels urgent?
3 - What relationship in my life needs more intentional care right now?
4 - If I could only focus on three things for the next six months, what would they be?
5 - What would I see differently about my life if I were forced to slow down more often?
6 - In what moments do I feel most like myself — and how can I create more of them?
7 - What does my body need more of — and what is it quietly asking me to stop?
Get the most out of your journalling:
Choose one prompt: Focus on just one prompt each day to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
Be brutally honest: Reflect openly and honestly. This is your safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Take your time: Sometimes it takes a few days to clarify your thinking. Here’s permission for you to take your time to unravel a prompt and not take on any new ones during that time.
Journal your way: Whether you prefer writing, audio recording, or video, choose the method that suits you best.
Don't stress about streaks: If you miss a day, don't worry. You can always revisit a previous prompt.
I’d love your feedback
