Starting your morning right

Mornings are powerful.
They set the tone for the entire day, shaping how you feel and act.
I used to wake up tired for years on end. By evening, I would be out of energy and in no mood to do anything productive (not ideal for someone trying to build a side hustle at that time).
I had to fix my mornings. That meant fixing my sleep to wake up fresh.
I researched a lot, testing ideas until I developed a strategy that worked.
I changed my schedule entirely. No more late nights with friends. No phones in the bedroom. I invested in a sleep mask and created a consistent routine, heading to bed at the same time every night—around 10 PM.
Now, I wake up refreshed, ready to tackle the day. It’s amazing what a good night’s sleep can do for your mood and energy.
