Review your year: Fun, joy & gratitude

Daily Journal Prompts - 13 December 2024

This is episode #9 of the ‘Review your Year’ series.

We can’t close the year without thinking of happiness and gratitude, the cornerstones of human existence.

Life isn’t just about work and responsibilities; it’s about striving to have more good days than bad days.

To do that, you need to know and understand what makes you happy.

When were we happy? What activities made us happy? Who made us happy?

Who are we thankful for? What are we thankful for?

These are questions you will grapple with in today’s newsletter episode.

This ends the first phase of the “Review your year” reflection process, where we reflected on our progress in 2024. Previous articles are here.

On Sunday, we will enter Phase 2, where we consolidate our learnings and say goodbye to the year before entering Phase 3 and 4, where we look forward to 2025 with a concrete action plan.

An article consolidating the entire process in one place will be ready soon.

Today’s "Year in Review” Prompts

What activities or hobbies brought you the most joy this year?

Which people brought you the most joy this year?

What are you grateful for?

Who are you grateful for? When was the last time you told that?

How often did you take time to prioritise your own happiness this year?

I’d love your feedback
